This research center and museum on the campus of Alabama A&M University holds materials that preserve African American history and culture, including myriad achievements and other experiences of the past. The museum aims to encourage greater awareness of the African American population through displays and other exhibits. Different displays include, but are not limited to, public forums, traveling exhibits, small permanent displays, Archival materials, and historic sites & heritage education.
