Ride back through time aboard the Yuma Valley Railway. For two hours you will travel along the Colorado River Route on a narrated tour as you view local wildlife at the West Wetlands Park, the only Nation Heritage Area west of the Mississippi. You will also some of the area's agriculture; a billion dollar a year enterprise. Ride in comfort in the 'Jersey Lil', a 1922 Pullman coach featured in the Paul Newman movie THE LIFE AND TIMES OF JUDGE ROY BEAN. Or in the 1923 Pullman parlor car, with its' linen tablecloths and deep pile carpet.
Pulling out of Old Town Yuma, the train departs from 100 North Second Ave Sundays at 1:00 p.m. October through December, and Saturdays and Sundays at 1:00 p.m. January through March. Sunday schedule resumes April 1st. through May.
