This historic site is 4.6 acres overlooking the South Arm of the Fraser River. The London family built this farmhouse in the 1890s.

Other attractions on the site include the restored Spragg family barn, hand tool museum, Tea Room, gift shop, 1910 buggy and 1952 Ferguson tractor. Picnicking is permitted.

Open July through August 10am-4pm daily. Open weekends noon-4pm in winter.
