
Emigrant Springs State Park, located off I-84, 26 miles SE of
Pendleton, is situated at a historic camping spot utilized by the pioneer wagon trains when traveling west over 100 years ago on the
Oregon Trail. A monument was erected at this location and dedicated by President Warren G. Harding on July 3, 1923, to honor the early settlers.
The campground has 32 improved campsites and 19 trailer sites with utility hookups and 1 electrical site. In addition, the park also offers 8 cabins and a horse camp. Hot showers are available at the utility building. Max RV, 60 feet.
