This Dallas Independent School District Learning center has 500 acres to explore through guided activities and interactive exhibits featuring world eco-systems, animal and plant facts, and pond habitats. There is also a working barn with livestock to observe, amphibians, reptiles, mammals and birds, and a fossil collection and a large area of Texas native plants for botanical study. The facility also includes three nature trails which are open daily. Call for information and hours for public.
