The highest peak in the San Juan Islands, Mount Constitution rises more than 2,400 feet above sea level on Orcas Island. The mountain is entirely contained within Moran State Park. At its summit is a stone tower that was patterned after a twelfth century Caucasian mountain fortress which provides one of the best views in Puget Sound.
