The Wyoming State Library is located in Cheyenne at 24th and Capitol Avenue, south of the Capital Building. Two-hour parking is available on all sides of the building.

Handicap accessible parking is available in the front of the Supreme Court/State Library Building, with a handicap accessible ramp on the north part of the building.
