Mountain Village 1890 is a historic re-creation of the Ozark settlement. It is a tribute to the pioneers who first settled in this remote part of the country. These men and women followed the trails into our mountains from the Carolinas, Virginia, Tennessee and Georgia. Many buildings have original furnishings. There are periodic craft demonstrations, reenacted shootouts, and bank robberies. Admission is charged.
