The Arizona Historical Society Museum features a daily orientation, a theater, and exhibits covering the prehistoric-to-futuristic prospects of Arizona. The emphasis is on water's role in the desert community development. Guided tours are provided and there is a gift store and research library. The facility is available for rental. The Museum Galleries and Exhibits are closed to the public. The staff is available for appointments and to answer questions. The museum hours are Tuesday through Saturday from 10:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. and Sunday from 12:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. The library hours are Tuesday through Thursday from 10:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. and Friday from 10:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m.
