Betty's Kitchen is a day-use-only wildlife interpretive area situated along the Colorado River, just upstream of Laguna Dam. The site's heavy vegetation and plentiful access to water attracts herons, songbirds, waterfowl, and egrets.
The visitor facilities include a parking area, shaded picnic tables, a small outdoor classroom, ramadas, fishing pier, and a fully-accessible .5-mile interpretive trail.
Tours are available for organized groups. Please contact the Betty's Kitchen Protective Association for more information, at 520-627-2773 or 520-783-6485.
