Estrella Mountain Ranch is Arizona's largest masterplanned community with a system of villages within which there are collections of residential neighborhoods offering many amenities.
The ranch is a place of pride where residents enjoy 72 acres of lakes for sailing. Residents also have access to volleyball on the beach, tennis and basketball courts, and playgrounds. The Ranch also features picnic areas in a 40-acre park with walkways, a lakeside event pavilion, and a Nicklaus Design golf course.
Jack Nicklaus II designed this 18-hole daily-fee championship course that stretches over 7,102 yards and plays to a 72 par.
Players of all abilities will be challenged, with every hole offering multiple tees to accommodate junior through championship levels. The golfer is required to play several shots over natural desert and wash areas. Fairways roll across the natural contours of the land while elevated tees unveil views of the Sierra Estrella Mountains.
On the banks of their "North Lake," is the Starpointe Residents Club where residents and their guests may enjoy a full-service recreation center that is equipped with WIFI, a fitness and aerobics room, library, the Waters Edge Cafe and their Youth Center. There is also a lap pool and the "StarSplash" Water Park. All located in a setting reminiscent of classic seaside hotels and resorts from the East Coast.
