Glendale Community College is a public two-year community college in Glendale, Arizona. GCC is the second-largest institution of the Maricopa Community Colleges, the largest community college system in the United States.
Since the college opened in 1965, more than 279,000 students have enrolled in credit courses at GCC.

Total enrollment is approximately 32,000 among its three campuses and there are 74 programs leading to associates degrees.Glendale also offers more than 100 non-credit courses, many of which are offered at the Glendale Recreation Center on Union Hills Drive. Those classes include online genealogy/family history classes, cake decorating, and introduction to German.
Athletic scholarships are given in football, basketball, baseball, track/cross country, and other sports.
