South of Enderby on Highway 97A, Armstrong has a quiet pioneer charm, many heritage homes, and the world-famous Armstrong Cheese Factory (open for tours).
Other attractions include The Caravan Farm Theatre, where plays are held on the farm year-round, and the Interior Provincial Agricultural Exhibition and Rodeo, British Columbia's second largest agricultural fair. Visitors will find the Armstrong/Spallumcheen Museum and Historic O'Keefe Ranch to be filled with historic archival information, while the Chickadee Rdige has the largest miniature horse farm in Canada.
Fresh fruit and locally-made treasures can be bought at the many fruit stands and specialty stores along the highway in the Okanagan Valley area.
