Beatton Provincial Park is located on the east side of Charlie Lake, just north of Fort St John, and is one of the oldest parks in the provincial park system. It offers lakeside camping, picnicking, and fishing for walleye or northern pike.

The park is open approximately May to October. Campground fees are charged from May to September and reservations are accepted. The park provides 100 picnic sites and a boat launch.
