Situated in the northern portion of Clayoquot Sound, the park includes the western and southern parts of Flores Island. There are three undisturbed watersheds of old growth stands of Sitka spruce and excellent spawning conditions for salmon in the Cow and Hootla-Kootla waersheds. Gray whales migrate through the off-shore waters. This park is a wilderness area and is not regularly serviced or patrolled.
This is just one of hundreds of British Columbia Provincial Parks.
