USIU is now combined with Alliant University to become Alliant International University.

Alliant International University, drawing on 80 years of combined experience between USIU and Alliant University/California School of Professional Psychology, offers the highest quality graduate and undergraduate education. Degree programs include a range of baccalaureate arts, sciences and business degrees and master s and doctoral degrees in the behavioral sciences, education, and business.

The California School of Professional Psychology created Alliant University to advance its vision of a 21st century University. The addition of United States International University expanded and internationalized the AU Mission, thereby creating Alliant International University on July 1, 2001.

AIU is located in San Diego, San Diego County, CA, and has an enrollment of about 1300. Student housing is available for 658.
