The Lorenz Hotel, providing affordable senior housing, is a four-story building with seventy-eight one and two room apartments, with an elevator to all floors. Each apartment is equipped with telephone, cable TV, a small refrigerator, microwaves, individually controlled air conditioning unit, fire alarms and a sprinkler system, and has its own state-of-the-art emergency alarm. The laundry room with coin-operated washers and dryer, is located on each floor. Activities and recreation are scheduled with and for the residents. Residents must be at least 62 years of age.
