Licensed for 48 acute care beds, the facility is affiliated with Memorial Hospitals Associated, a not-for-profit organization that exists to maintain and improve the health status of citizens in its geographical area. The organization affiliated with Sutter Health in May 1996. Memorial Hospital Los Banos is accredited by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations.
