Moore's Miniature Rose Garden has an amazing display of miniature roses grown by Visalian Ralph Moore. Established in 1937, Moore's Miniatures are a unique rose, specially grown by Ralph Moore. Moore's Miniature Rose Garden office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. The nursery hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. until 4:00 p.m., and Saturday and Sunday from 10:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m.
