Founded in 1976, the winery is located in the wooded hillside overlooking the Napa Valley, with beautiful views of the vineyards below and the Mayacamas mountains to the West.

The wines are aged in the winery's renowned caves, nearly a mile of tunnels, galleries and passageways filled with row upon row of oak barrels. Visitors will enjoy an informative tour of the winery and caves, followed by a tasting and a leisurely visit to the tree-shaded picnic areas.

The winery is best known for its Merlot, and also produces Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon and Zinfandel Port.

Facilities are open daily for wine tasting and tours of the winery. The winery is available for tours at 11:30 a.m. , 1:30 and 3:30 p.m. Group size is limited to 30 guests. Tickets are sold in the Tasting Room. The Tasting Room is open daily from 10:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.
