The first crush was done in the fall of 1999 with grapes purchased from local Colorado growers. By the fall of 2001, this vineyard produced its first estate harvest and released this 2001 vintage Chardonnay, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon handcrafted estate wine to the marketplace in the fall of 2003.
