Family owned and run winery on a 52-acre farm in Olathe Colorado. Twenty acres are planted in Vinifera grapes. Located on top of “California Mesa” with panoramic views of both the San Juan Mountains and the Grand Mesa. The red wines are fermented in French and American oak barrels. The Chardonnay is fermented sur-lees in American oak barrels. These wines are barrel aged 1-2 years and then bottle aged at least one more year before release.
