Holly Hill is located in Volusia County off of US Hwy 1 just west of Daytona Beach, situated between Ormond Beach and New Smyrna Beach (part of the Daytona Beach, Florida metro area).

Holly Hill is a growing, diverse small city bursting with commercial activity and expanding small industries. The city administration has progressively expanded and improved public service in its recreation, parks, water plant and street system making Holly Hill attractive to both new residents and small businesses. The city was incorporated in 1901.The average summer temperature is 81. The average winter temperature is 61.5, and the average rainfall is 48.46.

The population estimate for July 1, 1998 was 11,529, an increase of 388 since 1990.

Mother Nature scattered the area with holly bushes, magnolias, palms and majestic oak trees. Life in this little community is as pleasant, peaceful and rewarding as you'd expect in a town called "City with a Heart."
