The Riverview North has four rental apartments that are located directly on the St.John's River. Each unit has a view of the river and sleeps from 2-5 people. One unit has a private patio and one unit a screened room overlooking the river. The apartments have heat, air conditioning and cable TV. The fully equipped kitchens have coffee makers, microwaves, dishes, pots and pans. Linens and towels are provided. An outside picnic area, private dock and patio furniture serve all units. A washer/dryer is on the property. Each unit comes with reserved boat dockage. Smoking and pets are allowed. The units are partially handicapped accessible.
