Hawaii Homestead consists of two residences and a foliage farm on one acre in East Hawaii, about 25 minutes from Hilo on The Big Island. It is situated three miles from a magnificent, rugged coastline with great fishing spots. It has mature fruit trees, gardens, workshop, lanais, and hot tub. It is best suited as a retirement home, vacation home, bed and breakfast, and working farm. The first residence has four bedrooms and two baths, an office, a storage room, full kitchen, dining area, and a living room, and the second residence has one bedroom and one bath, a separate sleeping alcove, full kitchen, dining area, and living room. The foliage farm includes about 10,000 ti plants, monstera, song of india, song of Jamaica, bird of paradise, areca palm, phoenix palm, queen sago palm (cycads), dracena, and sheffelera. The farm is a 'growing' business.
