Maui Community College Learning centers are located in Hana, Maui and on the islands of Molokai and Lanai. Because MCC is a tri-island college community, it pioneered and developed expertise in distance education and technology. High quality liberal arts and vocational-technical 2-yr. degree and certificate programs are offered at Maui. In addition, there are a variety of special programs and curricula, including the Apprenticeship Program, Cooperative Education, Maui Language Institute, Marine Option Program, MIST (development of renewable energy resource industries), Space Grant (including remote sensing) and Work Practicum.
