Kokokahi Gymnastics Team, a non-profit, parent-owned, parent-operated gym, is Hawaii's oldest private gymnastics school, founded in 1969. Its mission is to educate, provide quality gymnastics programs, and develop to the highest level of achievement, the sport of gymnastics in the state of Hawaii. Programs are designed to teach physical fitness, body coordination, and competitive level gymnastics, aimed at developing the athelete's strength, muscle structure, body and mind, to enhance self-confidence, self-esteem, discipline, and personal character. The gym features a full-size spring floor, 2 foam-filled training pits, apparatus for women's events, and apparatus for men's events. It also offers special programs in the gym such as fun nights, birthday parties, and spring and summer camps.
