The development of the oil industry in Kansas since 1860 is chronicled in the museum. A videotape presentation about the history of oil is shown at a service station replica, while outdoor exhibits include an oil derrick, oil field buildings, drilling equipment and a restored oil field shotgun house. Free admission. Open except major holidays.
