Appraiser William J (Bill) Miller, SRA has been in the real estate business for 50 years. After serving his country in World War II, and receiving a Bachelor of Science degree from KU, he began his career as a real estate salesman and investor. Forty-some years later, Bill founded Miller Appraisal Service with his sons, Kenneth Miller (now with Miller Appraisal Service of Garden City), and Michael Miller, who is still with this company. Bill does some residential (including VA and new construction), but specializes in commercial and land appraisals.
