Hashknife Ranch is an excellent place to raise top quality beef cattle and an ideal place for wildlife, especially Whitetail deer, Rio Grande wild turkeys, and native quail and pheasant. Their hunts include lodging and evening meals and limited housekeeping service during your stay. Lodging on the Hashknife consists of two bunkhouses. The South End bunkhouse will sleep two to four hunters and the North End bunkhouse will sleep four. Each bunkhouse has a small kitchen with limited cooking facilities, including a refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker, dishes, flatware, pots, and pans.
