There are four areas to this park: River Pond, Spillway, Fancy Creek, and Randolph which makes up the 1,156-acre state park. Boat ramps, courtesy docks, and a hiking trail provide excellent opportunities for outdoor recreation. Also, there is a marina with different boats for rent located in the Spillway. In the River Pond area there is a Kansas RiverOutfitters that rent out canoes, and paddle boats. In addition, picnicking, softball, volleyball, water skiing, wind surfing, hiking, bicycling, and jogging can be enjoyed. Motor vehicle and camping fees are required at all state parks.
