Jane's Metro Ballroom offers a standard school figure syllabus of dance steps for beginners, intermediate, and advanced students. It offers group classes, private groups, private lessons and practice parties. The classes include the cha cha, waltz, rumba, swing, and foxtrot. The ballroom also offers yoga classes in a supportive and encouraging environment. Special events are offered throughout the year.
