Founded in 1901, this is a public liberal arts institution. There are 6 undergraduate schools. The 340 acre campus is in a small town 60 miles from Shreveport. Including residence halls there are 67 buildings. Acitive fraternities, sororities and many clubs and organizations are on campus. Tours of the campus are available.
