The park offers cultural and recreational programs. A visitor center displays changing exhibits and presents 'Holyoke's Visions', a multi-media program about the area. Guided tours, which can be tailored to visitors' interests, are available.

A carousel, volleyball hall of fame and railroad are featured.

Park open daily, 24 hours. Visitor center open Tuesday - Sunday noon-4:30pm, July 4 through Labor Day; otherwise varies.
