Williamstown is located in Berkshire County 5 miles W of N Adams on the banks of the Hoosic River near the Vermont and New York state lines in NW Massachusetts. Williamstown is the western most terminus of a scenic portion of Hwy 2, which follows sections of the Hoosic and Deerfield rivers and passes through Savoy Mountain State Forest.
