The collection includes works from John Singleton Copley, Andrew Wyeth, John Marin, Louise Nevelson, Chuck Close, and many other American Impressionists and Primitives. There are many wings in the museum that contain different artistic cultures, like American Art, living artists' work, French Impressionism and Post-Impressionism, including Monet, Renior, Degas, Gaugin, and Picasso.
The public is welcome to participate in gallery talks, lectures and receptions free of charge.
