First Settler's Lodge is located in the East Grand Lake area of Eastern Maine. The Lodge sits atop Gilpatrick Hill Farm on Scenic US Route 1. Guests may choose lodging accommodations from spacious individual rooms, to an efficiency suite, or ski-lodge type bunkroom. The Lodge is very tastefully furnished to accommodate individuals, families, or groups. Amenities include both indoor and outdoor exercise and recreational equipment, a large "common" room with cathedral ceiling, fireplace, and loft, and a fully equipped conference room for business guests.
