This 400-acre sanctuary park features an outstanding variety of terrain at a point where the Maine woods meet the Atlantic shoreline. Tidal mud flats, forest, and marshland make an exceptional location for birdwatching; various hiking trails include an easy walk that leads visitors through this richly-endowed area, offering breathtaking views of the coast. Open daily from dawn to dusk; access to the site is free to the public.
