The museum is located in what is said to be the oldest surviving wooden fort in New England. Restored in 1754, costumed interpreters are available to answer questions. Points of interest include the fort's military activity, early settlement, storekeeping and residential uses.

Open weekdays 10am to 4pm. Sat. and Sun. 1pm to 4pm.
