Camp Fernwood, founded in 1921, is a traditional summer camp for girls. It is located on the shore of Lake Thompson. Activities include music, theatre, silversmithing, painting, woodworking, photography, sailing, swimming, windsurfing, water-skiing, aerobics, archery, gymnastics, horse riding, landsports, basketball, and field hockey.
