Located on Lake Blvd., this museum encourages curiosity and learning through hands-on exhibits. Each exhibit comes with its own costumes for young visitors to wear. Children can serve customers in their own diner, pick apples from simulated trees and then sell apple-related products at a market stand, make a hot air balloon rise, type their names in braille, and listen for a teddy bear's heartbeat. Open Wednesday through Sunday 10am-5pm; extended hours offered in summer months.
