The Museum includes a new indoor display of small military vehicles such as jeeps as well as extensive outdoor 'courtyard' displays of various pieces of larger military equipment, including aircraft. Among current displays are a UH-1H model 'Huey' helicopter, an OH-13 model helicopter, and a restored L-19 'Bird Dog' observation plane. Recent acquisitions include an M-60 tank, an M-48 tank and an M110 8" self-propelled Howitzer. Historic military vehicles include an M-38A1, a WWII GPW jeep, and an M43 box ambulance. The courtyard also showcases several artillery pieces,- a 'Duster' anti-aircraft gun, a DUKW amphibious vehicle, and an M4 Jumbo Sherman tank. The 5,800-sq-ft Museum building includes a gift shop and a library of books on military subjects. Group tours can be arranged by request; hours of operation vary seasonally. The Museum is handicapped accessible; parking and admission are free, with donations suggested.
