The Blue Earth County Historical Society's main facility is the Heritage Center. It includes a professionally designed exhibit gallery that includes display of items from Native American, to Early Pioneer, and through the 20th Century. Specific exhibits include a diorama of Mankato from the 1800s, That's Entertainment focusing on fifty years of family entertainment in the county, and Maud Hart Lovelace, local author who wrote the Betsy-Tacy series of books.

The Heritage Center also contains a museum store, research center and society offices.

Tuesday to Saturday 10:00 to noon and 1:00 to 4:00 PM
