Maple Hill Resort offers visitors a choice of ten town homes. Each town home has 3 bedrooms, two private and one loft, all located on the second level. The lower floor has a living room with wood burning fireplace and a sleeper sofa, a dining room seating six, a full kitchen with service for eight and a full bath with tub/shower combo. All town homes have a large deck with gas grill overlooking the swimming pool and Clearwater Lake as well as a small deck off of the loft bedroom. The resort also offers 7 A-Frame Cabins, numbers 11-17. The other cottages include the Grandma's House: A cozy, two bedroom lake home, right at the water's edge. Froyen Lodge: The lower half of a large lake home which features three bedrooms with 4 queen beds. Upper Lodge: The upper half of Froyen Lodge and has two bedrooms, full bath with tub/shower combo, full kitchen with service for six, livingroom with sleeper sofa, and a dining area.
