Dillard Mill, tucked between colorful Ozark hills and pine-topped bluffs, is one of Missouri's best-preserved examples of a water-powered gristmill.
The mill overlooks clear, spring-fed Huzzah Creek, making the 132-acre historic site a picturesque place to picnic and hike. The mill, which has been restored to operational order, was built around 1900 and continued to grind grain until the 1960s.
Guided tours of the mill are available for a fee.
