Located in the heart of the Mississippi Flyway, Twin Cypress offers guided hunts for dove and all types of ducks. For dove hunting, club offer excellent shooting over milo, wheat, and shredded melon fields. These fields are almost always adjacent to water for the maximum bird-attracting potential. Dove season opens September 1st. For waterfowl, they offer standing green timber hunts as well as hunts on flooded rice or bean fields. Mallards are the most abundant birds taken, but many other species including pintails, canvasbacks, wood ducks, widgeon, and teal can be found. Canadian geese, specklebellies, snows and blues are also available.
