A 2-acre, day-use area, built around a memorial to General Sam Dale, a 19th century frontiersman and patriot. Focal point of site is a base-relief statue of Dale by the late Harry D. Reeks of Ocean Springs. 4 picnic shelters, no rest room, no camping.
