The Roosevelt Campobello International Park contains over 2800 acres of coastal trails and drives, and is known to both locals and visitors as a "scenic paradise". The park closely symbolizes relations between Canada and the United States, for it was dedicated as a memorial to Franklin Delano Roosevelt in 1964. One special attraction is Roosevelt's 34-room Dutch gabled "cottage", which is now a museum.
