The purpose of the Carolina Theatre of Durham, is to preserve, maintain and operate the Durham Auditorium/Carolina Theatre in Durham as an historic, artistic, educational, civic, and enhanced cultural resource that will benefit the entire community through the presentation of film and live performance programming.
