This Victorian family home, built around 1852 for local merchant Zebulon Latimer, has period furnishings, artwork, and Latimer family portraits. There are archives, Victorian gardens, servants' quarters and a library on premises. The facility also serves as the headquarters of the Lower Cape Fear Historical Society.
